The pendants are made of 200 year old Japanese oak wood which i cut into shape during the the long and hot summer of 2020. Sun and warmth are preserved within these forms by dying them in curcuma and sealing the color with beeswax. The strings are hand colored in red wine.  We can look at these pieces as a humble approach to combine time, form and material in one object to carry on happy and warm energy  ︎
